Hi! My name is Amanda Skaggs. This is my seventh year teaching science at Gainesville High School. I get to teach a variety of courses, including physical science, chemistry, STEM and FACS. I am also the Chess Club Sponsor and Freshman Class Sponsor. In the past, I have also worked at Dora Schools as a paraprofessional. I received my Bachelors' degree at Missouri State University. I am married and have six fantastic children. In my spare time, I enjoy camping and floating with my family.
