Hello, I am J.C. Barber, the new high school music teacher. Many of you know me from my time teaching at the elementary school several years ago. After teaching online the last several years, I am glad to be back at Gainesville High School. 

My classes will be beginning band and advanced band, Choir, and Music Appreciation. I hope to instill in our students an appreciation of music and a desire for excellence. My goal for our students is to have a class room where each student will find their place in our school community.

I look forward to meeting each of the parents and family.
