Mr. Justin Gilmore

Mr. Justin Gilmore is a 2003 alumni of Clever High School.  Upon graduation, Justin attended College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Missouri.  As a student at a work-study college, his work assignments included the Student Dining Center and his last three years were spent in the Painting/Construction Department. Justin graduated from College of the Ozarks in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.  Mr. Gilmore has been married to his wife Chelsey since 2008.  Together they have two children, Parker and Ellie.

Mr. Gilmore began his teaching career as an In-School-Suspension instructor at the Ava R-I School District in 2008.  The following year, he accepted the Middle School technology position at Ava. Through this position, he was able to teach computer skills as well add enrichment and extra help for all core subjects.  He completed his Master of Education degree from Evangel University in May of 2010.  Mr. Gilmore earned his Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University in 2016. He served as the Gainesville high school principal from the 2017 school year through the 2020 school year, before becoming superintendent.  He currently serves as the Superintendent for the Gainesville School District.
