Welcome! I am the 5th and 6th grade Science teacher at Gainesville Elementary School. In 2004, I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Lindenwood University in the area of Secondary Education, and in 2008 I earned a Masters of Science degree from Missouri State University in the area of Education Administration. I began my teaching career at Wentzville Middle School teaching 7th grade Science. After my first year of teaching I moved to Springfield, Missouri where I taught 6th/7th grade Math for the next 6 years. In 2011, I took a few years off from teaching to be a "stay at home mom" to my 2 children. My husband and I, with our 2 children, moved to Ozark County in 2016. After 5 years being home with my children, I returned to the classroom in the fall of 2016 at Gainesville Elementary School.
