I am a veteran teacher from the state of Oklahoma. I have a B.A. in English, a M.E. in Secondary Education, an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration, state certification in Library Media, and I have been a National Board Certified Teacher in the area of Library Media from 2012-2022. I have taught middle and secondary level English as well as serving as middle/high school library media specialist, cheerleading coach, and girls' weightlifting coach. 

My husband, Mike, and I love living in the Ozarks. We enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, and going to the lake with our four boxers: Roxxy, Kondi, Rip, and Thor. I am very excited about continuing my teaching career at Gainesville High School. Go Bulldogs!
